For the Group, talent retention is crucial as it drives greater growth and innovation, as well as supporting its competitive advantage in the market.
In 2022, the Group initiated an in-depth review of job profiles, aimed at clearly and comprehensively identifying the skills required for each company role. Given the size and complexity of the organization, the process is still ongoing and is gradually involving every Group company internationally.
At the same time, aware of the systemic difficulty in finding specialized resources in the job market, continuous employee training has become increasingly central within the company. Therefore, the Team Academy was strengthened to address training needs that necessarily have to be more specialized and personalized.
At per capita level, this translates to about 15,42 average training hours per employee within Italy, plus an additional 16,24 average training hours for international companies, bringing the overall average to 15,49 training hours per employee.
To enhance the decision-making capabilities of individuals growing within the organization,a dedicated managerial skills development program was confirmed for them in 2023. For top management, individual business coaching programs, language training, and targeted interventions to strengthen leadership skills have been implemented.
