GPI increases its participation in Saluris S.p. Z.o.o. from 19 to 60%, a Lublin company active in the promotion and distribution of Polish and Baltic markets, IT and technology solutions in the health sector.
The Group takes control of the company to give more commercial thrust to its products and solutions in the markets where Saluris is present: “This operation is part of the strengthening of the international structure of the GPI Group,” confirms Fabio Rossi, the GPI International Sales Director “Saluris is an important springboard for the development of the market towards Poland and the Baltic countries, where important trade initiatives are underway. “
