Contact Care Solutions certified its Social Responsibility Management System according to the SA8000: 2014 standard
ANTI CORRUPTION
Operating in a way that complies with and respects the law is an important value for GPI, having achieved ISO 37001 certification for its internal and external procedure management standard, which supports and encourages building a culture of integrity, transparency and compliance intended to prevent and combat corruption.
FAMILY AUDIT
GPI is one of Italy’s first organisations to achieve the “Family Audit” Certification, thanks to the development of initiatives that favour balancing personal and professional time and contribute to improving people’s quality of life.
RATING A3.1
The Cerved Rating Agency has awarded GPI the A3.1 rating. – Cerved considers GPI to be a “Company with solid foundations and a good capacity to deal with financial commitments. Its credit risk is low”.

SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
GPI places a great deal of importance on Workplace Safety and the Environment.
INFORMATION SECURITY
GPI’s business depends on the security of its and its customers’ data and information. Because of this, we have implemented and certified an Information Security Management System according to the UNI CEI ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
IT SERVICES
GPI has certified its Management System for the provision of multi-channel technical support services on hardware and software systems according to the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 standard.
APSS CALL CENTRE SERVICE
GPI is ISO 18295:2017 certified for the provision of the Call Centre Service for Provincial Healthcare Services Companies (APSS) in Trentino.
MEDICAL DEVICES
GPI is UNI EN ISO 13485:2016 and 93/42/EEC certified for medical devices and telemedicine software design.
eIDAS
Argentea srl has certified the design and provision of Conservation services in accordance with the requirements identified by art. 24 of Regulation (EU) 910/2014 eIDAS (“Electronic Identification and Trust Services Regulation”), activities that are assessed on the basis of the AgID Checklist
