DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION – TARGET 2024

Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and equal opportunities are considered fundamental elements for the strategic development of the Group. In 2023, Gpi obtained Gender Equality Certification (UNI PdR 125) and defined a framework for D&I (ISO 30415 certification). The goal is to create an inclusive culture, based on the appreciation of differences as factors of innovation and improvement in personal and organizational performance. These policies and actions involve employees, customers, users, and stakeholders. In this context, the internal Diversity and Inclusion Committee is responsible for monitoring the correct application of regulations, ensuring attention to reports, and evaluating potential actions to address the needs of all Group employees.
