In line with the tasks performed, Gpi has decided to adopt a hybrid model that allows employees to manage their work both on-site and remotely, enabling better work-family balance.
For Gpi, quality of work also means promoting and protecting health and safety in the workplace. Constant oversight, guided by a detailed company policy, is ensured by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (compliant with the ISO 45001:2015 standard). In 2023, the accident rate (excluding commuting accidents) was 3.47, below pre-pandemic levels.
In 2023, Gpi provided 16.716 hours of training on health and safety at work. No occupational diseases were reported or recognized during the year, a trend consistent with the previous two years.
In the same year, several work-life balance initiatives were developed, all included under the Gpi Wellbeing program.
