The Gpi Group’s Consolidated Non-Financial Statement 2023 is now available on our website. The document accurately captures where we are on the journey towards the company’s sustainability. A document that, supported by certified evidence, describes a company for which sustainability and social impact are guiding principles and form an integral part of the Group’s strategic and investment evaluations.
Among the main objectives achieved in 2023, we highlight that:
- The hours of professional training dedicated to employees continue to increase (99 thousand, +20% compared to 2022),
- The Group’s Wellbeing strategy aimed at collaborators is strengthened. Initiatives for full work-life integration are multiplying.
- Support for local communities grows: the economic contribution to sports and social realities of the territories marks a +42%.
- A greater sensitivity and awareness regarding the indirect environmental impacts related to the business, which are multiple and attributable to the strategic themes of decarbonization and the circular economy, are maturing.
We do not give up on our vision: we trust the present, design a possible horizon, and provide ideas and energy to create a better future.
