Quality
The GPI Group views its commitment to Quality at all levels as fundamental to its strategy. One of our guiding principles is: “The success of the Company and the satisfaction of its Clients depend on the quality of the products and services offered”. The following GPI Group companies have achieved Quality Certification according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Social Accountability
The GPI Group, believing the social aspect of business and the resulting responsibilities to be of great importance, has certified the Social Accountability Management System of the companies GPI s.p.a. and Contact Care Solutions s.r.l. in accordance with SA8000:2014 standard.
Equal opportunity
GPI Spa and BIM Italia srl are certified according to the UNI PDR 125 standard on gender equality; GPI spa, Contact Care Solutions srl and Cento Orizzonti Consortium obtained the ISO 30415 statement relating to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)
Anti-Bribery
Operating in a compliant and lawful manner is a core value for the GPI Group; GPI spa is certified according to the ISO 37001 standard for its management system of procedures, both internal and external, that support and promote a culture of integrity, transparency and compliance aimed at preventing and counteracting corruption phenomena.
Family audit
GPI is one of the first organizations in Italy to have obtained the “Family Audit” certification, thanks to initiatives that improve the work-life balance and the quality of people’s lives.
Environment
GPI s.p.a is certified according to the ISO 14001 scheme; in addition, the Turin and Aci Castello offices are certified according to the ISO 50001 scheme related to energy efficiency and have obtained the ISO 14064 certificate related to greenhouse gas emissions.

Information Security
For the activity carried out by the GPI Group, data and information, both its own and those of its customers, are of fundamental importance. For this reason we have implemented and certified an Information Security Management System according to the UNI CEI ISO/IEC 27001 standard for companies:

– BIM Italia srl and Oslo Italia srl, with extensions 27017 and 27018;
– GPI Cyberdefence.
Furthermore, GPI spa is certified according to the Cyber Essentials scheme.

GPI s.p.a. certified its Management System for the provision of multichannel technical support services on hardware and software systems, according to the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 standard.
APSS Call Center Service
GPI s.p.a. obtained and maintains the ISO 18295:2017 certification for the provision of the Call Center Service for the Provincial Healthcare Company of Trentino.
Medical Devices
GPI s.p.a. obtained and maintains the UNI EN ISO 13485:2016 System Certification and the product certifications according to the European Regulation 745/2017.
Business Continuity
GPI s.p.a. decided to comply with the ISO 22301:2019 standard in order to ensure increasingly effective and efficient services to its clients, guaranteeing continuity even in the event of incidents.
