Tesi Group for Social Impact: Healthcare Meets NGOs

ESG, People

The platform created pro bono by Tesi Group for Doc4All facilitates the meeting between volunteer doctors and third sector associations

Doc4All - Tesi Group

Tesi Group, a company controlled by the Gpi Group, has recently completed an innovative project within its high social impact activities. Specifically, it has developed a digital platform completely free of charge to support the activities of Doc4All, an italian association that brings together volunteer doctors dedicated to providing free medical care to people in need.

The platform practically connects specialist doctors offering pro bono consultations with NGOs that support people who, for various reasons, cannot access basic healthcare services. This system thus allows: doctors to enter their availability in a calendar and associations to search for specialist doctors in different fields according to the needs of their clients. A system that makes simplicity its main strength while adhering to strict privacy principles.

A platform that meets specific practical and immediate needs, also standing out for its high degree of replicability in other geographical and social contexts. A way to create value not only within the company but also to expand its impact capacity on the community in which Tesi operates.

This is an important result that has already begun to take shape in recent weeks and fosters the hope of extending this virtuous model to other realities with the aim of creating an increasingly broad and inclusive support network.

For the Gpi Group and naturally for the Tesi Group, generating social impact through the digitization of healthcare processes is indeed a business goal, but it cannot stop there. Making their know-how available even in pro bono projects aims to confirm our proactive push towards social responsibility and technological innovation for the well-being of all.
