Quality
The GPI Group views its commitment to Quality at every level as fundamental to its strategy. The following companies of the GPI Group have achieved Quality Certification according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Social Accountability
Acknowledging the immense importance of the social aspect of business and its resultant responsibilities, the GPI Group has been certified under the SA8000:2014 standard for Social Responsibility Management Systems for GPI s.p.a. and Contact Care Solutions s.r.l.
Equal opportunities
Gpi S.p.a. is certified according to the UNI PDR 125 standard on gender equality and has obtained the ISO 30415 certification relating to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)
Anti-Corruption
Adhering to the law and operating in compliance is a benchmark for the GPI Group; in particular, GPI spa and Argentea srl are certified under the ISO 37001 standard for their management systems of internal and external procedures, which support and promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and compliance aimed at preventing and combating corruption.
Family audit
GPI is one of the first organizations in Italy to receive the “Family Audit” certification, thanks to initiatives that promote a balance between work and life, and help to improve the quality of people’s lives.
Rating A3.1
Cerved Rating Agency has awarded GPI the rating A3.1. – Cerved assesses GPI as a “Company with solid fundamentals and good capability to meet financial commitments. The credit risk is low”.
Safety and Environment
GPI places great emphasis on Workplace Safety and the Environment.
Information Security
– GPI spa, with extensions 27017, 27018 and 27035;
– BIM Italia srl and Oslo Italia srl, with extensions 27017 and 27018;
– GPI Cyberdefense.
Furthermore, GPI spa is certified according to the Cyber Essentials scheme.
IT Services
GPI has certified its Management System for the provision of multichannel technical support services on hardware and software systems according to the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 standard.
APSS Call Center Service
GPI has obtained ISO 18295:2017 certification for the provision of the Call Center Service for the Provincial Healthcare Company of Trentino.
Medical Devices
GPI has obtained and maintains the UNI EN ISO 13485:2016 System Certification and the product certifications according to the European Regulation 745/2017.
Operational Continuity
GPI has chosen to conform to the ISO 22301:2019 standard to ensure increasingly effective and efficient services for its clients, guaranteeing continuity even in the event of incidents.
