A business meeting dedicated to partners and clients from across the Middle East
This week, Gpi hosted “Gpi Inspire & Connect” in Dubai, a private event that brought together key partners and clients from across the Middle East. The meeting served as a valuable opportunity to exchange insights, present the latest innovations in healthcare technology, and reinforce strategic collaborations in the region. During the event, Gpi showcased advancements in its Gpi4Med BLOOD software suite, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and pathology solutions for diagnostic applications.
To gain deeper insights into the importance of the Middle Eastern market and the impact of Gpi’s solutions, we spoke with Fabio Rossi, International Director at Gpi, and Kamel Ketari, Area Manager Middle East at Gpi France.
Fabio Rossi, International Director at Gpi:
“The Middle East represents a dynamic and rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, where digital transformation is a key priority for governments and private institutions. Countries in the region have been heavily investing in healthcare modernization, in line with ambitious national strategies such as Saudi Vision 2030. Gpi has a strong presence in the Gulf Area and all the Middle East so these initiatives emphasize the adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance patient care and streamline hospital operations. Being present in this market allows us to contribute to these transformative efforts while ensuring that our technology evolves alongside regional healthcare needs.”
Kamel Ketari, Area Manager Middle East at Gpi France:
“The Middle East requires advanced healthcare IT solutions that go beyond traditional blood bank management systems. Gpi’s software is widely adopted, with nearly 100% of the region’s blood banks using our solutions. Specifically, around 300 healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia are equipped with our blood management technology. This demonstrates the strong trust that healthcare institutions in the Middle East place in Gpi’s technology. As the demand for digital healthcare solutions grows, healthcare networks are seeking integrated platforms to enhance workflows and diagnostics. Gpi continues to expand its offerings to improve efficiency and interoperability within the region’s healthcare sector”.
